HI, I’M NATALIE
I’ve always believed in the power of food to transform health, weight, and your sense of well-being. After completing my undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, I decided to pursue nutrition at New York University, where I earned my master’s degree in clinical nutrition, completed my dietetic internship, and became a Registered Dietitian. Since 2005, I’ve been helping people improve their health, feel their best, and reach their goals through practical, science-based nutrition strategies.
I began my career as a clinical dietitian in some of New York City’s top hospitals — including Albert Einstein Medical Center, Beth Israel, and Mount Sinai. During that time, I also worked one-on-one with private clients, which sparked my passion for individualized care. After several years with a private practice in Manhattan, I decided to take my expertise out on my own.
Aside from my undergraduate years in Wisconsin, I’ve always been a New Yorker — until I relocated to Los Angeles for a few years. There, I had one of my most impactful professional experiences, working in pediatrics at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, while continuing my private practice. During that time, I also became a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC), specializing in tube feeding and intravenous nutrition. These experiences strengthened my clinical foundation and allowed me to translate the science of nutrition into practical, everyday strategies that truly work for my clients. My approach is built on the belief that you shouldn’t have to sacrifice joy to achieve your goals; if the process isn’t enjoyable, it isn’t sustainable.
What I love most about nutrition is that it integrates health and weight management and gives individuals the tools to shape their own outcomes.
After several years in Los Angeles, I relocated again — this time with my growing family — to Maryland, where I’ve continued my work in private nutrition counseling. I live here with my husband, our three children, and our two pugs. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga and am an avid tennis player.
I work with clients virtually through my private practice, supporting people across the country. The most rewarding part of my work is counseling clients one-on-one, being part of their journey, and witnessing the progress that leads to lasting change — all while helping them build sustainable, science-based habits that support their long-term health and well-being.
I am a member of the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists (ADCES) and licensed in the state of Maryland.
Sometimes you hire somebody who is so damn good at their job you just can't imagine not sharing with those you care about. I was fortunate enough to hire Natalie to help with nutrition and she is amazing. If you feel like you're in a rut, give her a try. She's the real deal. You'll thank me later.
