HOW IT WORKS

New clients begin with an initial 12-week commitment designed to create lasting results.
During
Weeks 1–4, I teach you the NatNutrition curriculum while learning about your habits, strengths, and challenges.
In
Weeks 5–12, we focus on applying that foundation — fine-tuning your routine, reinforcing sustainable habits, and ensuring you’re confidently on track to meet your long-term goals.

Throughout the program, I provide daily monitoring and accountability, combined with weekly one-on-one appointments. You’ll also have direct access to me for any questions or support that arise between sessions — because accountability, communication, and consistency are key to lasting success

At the end of this initial phase, I offer a variety of continuing support options. By this point, my clients are either at their goal or well on their way to solidifying new, healthier habits that can be maintained for the long term.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Sustainable weight loss of 0.5–2 pounds per week, on average

  • Improved health markers, including:

    • Healthier cholesterol levels (lower total cholesterol, triglycerides, and LDL; higher HDL)

    • Better blood sugar control (improved fasting blood glucose and hemoglobin A1C)

  • Daily accountability and support through my easy-to-use NatNutrition website and app

  • 24/7 messaging access so you can ask questions between appointments

    • Nutritional biochemistry – how do our food and our body work together

    • Macronutrient education

    • How to read and interpret nutrition labels

  • Access to the NatNutrition self-paced video course for added flexibility and reinforcement of the education provided in our meetings
